GUEST PARKING INFORMATION

Welcome to the St. Regis. Here are instructions on how to park for an event or party at the St. Regis.

 PARKING NOTES

• The St. Regis is on Lindell, directly across the street from the Chase Park Plaza movie marquis. Guest parking is behind the building, off the alley behind it (to the south). There is a lot of ongoing construction, so the best method is to enter from Lindell Boulevard via the small alley between the eastern property line of the St. Regis and the Kindred Hospital nursing Home. Drive down the alley entryway until it T-bones into the alley and make a right (west). Then pass the St. Regis and make the last left, before you hit the construction wall. There is a sign that reads, “St. Regis Resident and Guest Parking.” The guest lot is paved on the left, and unpaved on the rest and you may park anywhere in this lot. Note: You will be towed if you park in the Residents-only lot, behind the East Court and West Court, or in the gated lot with the security guard shack. it is probable that a security guard from our building approaches you to inquire about whom you are visiting. Simply provide the name of the person you are visiting, and they will help you get there!
